Low Carb Food Reviews - What's it really taste like?

Finally, your low carb food order has arrived - you rip open the package and dig in......Ever have this happen? Well so have I! Back a couple of years ago almost every thing I bought from low carb stores had a gross aftertaste. After a while I gave up on low carb all together. I am happy to say the products have improved! Most of the products are pretty good and there's a large selection. But there's still some dogs out there.....

That's why I've put together this low carb food review. I have personally tasted every food in here. In most cases I have also tried them on my husband (he's not a low carb'er but he still has taste buds!) and my co-workers.

I have organized the food reviews into categories where each low carb food is rated by taste on a scale from 1 to 5 with 1 being yechy and 5 being excellent.
